These guidelines help ensure a safe, fair, and positive experience for everyone on our platform. By becoming a vendor, you agree to follow these standards and contribute to our thriving student marketplace.

📦 Product Listings

Quality Standards

  • Accurate Descriptions: Provide clear, honest descriptions of your products or services. Include all relevant details like size, color, materials, or service scope.
  • High-Quality Photos: Use clear, well-lit images that accurately represent your product. Multiple angles are encouraged.
  • Honest Pricing: Price your items fairly. Don't inflate prices only to offer fake discounts.
  • Accurate Stock: Keep your inventory updated. Don't list items you can't fulfill.

🚫 Prohibited Items & Services

The following items and services are strictly prohibited:

  • • Illegal drugs or substances
  • • Weapons or dangerous items
  • • Stolen goods or counterfeit products
  • • Academic dishonesty services (essay writing, exam cheating)
  • • Explicit or adult content
  • • Alcohol or tobacco (to minors)
  • • Prescription medications
  • • Fraudulent services or scams
  • • Items that violate intellectual property rights
  • • Anything illegal in your jurisdiction

📮 Order Fulfillment

Processing Time

Process orders within 1-3 business days. Communicate clearly about your processing and delivery times in your product listings.

Communication

Respond to buyer messages within 24 hours. Keep buyers updated on order status, especially if there are delays.

Quality Control

Ensure products are packaged securely and match the description. Double-check orders before shipping.

💬 Customer Service

  • Be professional, courteous, and respectful in all communications
  • Handle complaints and issues promptly and professionally
  • Offer reasonable solutions for problems (refunds, replacements, etc.)
  • Never harass, threaten, or abuse buyers

🔄 Returns & Refunds

Clearly state your return and refund policy in your store and product listings. At minimum:

  • • Honor refunds for items not as described or damaged
  • • Process approved refunds within 5-7 business days
  • • Be transparent about what can and cannot be returned

Violations of these guidelines may result in:

  • • Permanent account termination (for serious violations)

We review each case individually and give vendors the opportunity to address issues when possible.
