Getting Started

Campuxmart is a student-focused marketplace that connects campus entrepreneurs with buyers. Whether you're looking for unique handmade items, tech services, or everyday essentials, Campuxmart helps you discover and support student businesses.
You can browse products without an account, but you'll need to create a free account to make purchases, save items to your wishlist, and track your orders.
While our platform is built to support student entrepreneurs, anyone can shop on Campuxmart! You don't need to be a student to buy products.

Shopping & Ordering

Simply browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll need to provide a delivery address and payment information. Once your order is confirmed, the vendor will process and ship your items.
You can cancel or modify your order within a short window after placing it (usually 1-2 hours). After that, you'll need to contact the vendor directly through our messaging system to request changes.
Shipping times vary by vendor and product. Most campus deliveries happen within 1-3 business days. Check the product listing for estimated delivery times, or message the vendor for specific details.
Many vendors offer local pickup options on campus. Check the product listing or contact the vendor to arrange pickup details.

Payments & Security

We accept all major payment methods through our secure payment processor, Monnify. This includes debit cards, credit cards, and bank transfers.
Yes! All payments are processed through Monnify, a trusted and secure payment gateway. We never store your complete payment information on our servers.
Your payment is processed immediately when you place your order. The funds are held securely and released to the vendor once you confirm receipt of your items or after the delivery window ends.
Many vendors offer special promotions and student discounts! Check the Deals section or individual product pages for current offers.

Returns & Refunds

Return policies vary by vendor. Each vendor sets their own return policy, which is displayed on their store page and product listings. Generally, items can be returned if they're damaged, defective, or not as described.
Contact the vendor through our messaging system to request a refund. Explain the issue and, if applicable, provide photos. The vendor will review your request and process the refund according to their policy.
Once a vendor approves your refund, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
If a vendor doesn't respond within 48 hours, contact our support team at support@campuxmart.com. We'll step in to help resolve the issue.

Account & Privacy

Click the 'Sign Up' button in the top right corner, enter your email address, create a password, and verify your email. You'll be ready to shop in minutes!
On the login page, click 'Forgot Password.' Enter your email address, and we'll send you a link to reset your password.
Yes. We take privacy seriously and use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. We never share your information with third parties without your consent. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
You can delete your account from your Account Settings, or contact support@campuxmart.com for assistance.

Vendors & Reviews

Check vendor ratings and reviews from other buyers. Read product descriptions carefully and don't hesitate to message the vendor with questions before purchasing.
Absolutely! Use our built-in messaging system to ask questions about products, shipping, customization, or anything else.
After receiving your order, you'll get a notification to review your purchase. You can rate the product and vendor, and share your experience to help other buyers.
First, try to resolve the issue directly with the vendor through messages. If you can't reach a resolution, contact our support team and we'll mediate the dispute.

We're currently web-only, but our site is fully mobile-responsive! You can shop easily from any device. A mobile app is in our roadmap for the future.
