• Student entrepreneurs must verify their academic status
• Buyers must provide accurate payment information
• Users under 18 require parental or guardian consent

2. User Accounts

1. Account Creation: You must provide accurate information and keep credentials secure
   • No impersonation or false identities permitted
   • You're responsible for all account activity
   • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
2. Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
   • Violation of these Terms
   • Fraudulent activity
   • Abusive behavior
   • Posting inappropriate or prohibited content

3. Transactions and Payments

• All sales are between buyers and student sellers - we act only as the platform
• We may charge a service fee on transactions as displayed during checkout
• Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Flutterwave, etc.)
• Disputes should be resolved directly between parties before contacting support
• Refunds and returns are subject to the seller's policies
• Platform fees are non-refundable

4. Content Rules and Prohibited Items

Campus Mart is a family-friendly platform. All content must be appropriate for all ages, including children.

You agree not to post content or sell products that:

• Contains sexual, immoral, or adult content of any kind
• Includes nudity, sexually suggestive imagery, or explicit language
• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or harassment
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal
• Promotes violence, weapons, drugs, or dangerous items
• Contains graphic or disturbing content
• Infringes on others' privacy or safety
• Involves counterfeit or stolen goods
• Is inappropriate for viewers of all ages, including minors

All product descriptions, images, titles, and tags must be family-friendly and suitable for children. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates this policy without prior notice.

5. Seller Responsibilities

• Provide accurate product descriptions and images
• Honor all sales and fulfill orders promptly
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Handle customer service and returns professionally

6. Buyer Responsibilities

• Complete payment for confirmed orders
• Review seller policies before purchasing
• Contact sellers directly for order-related issues
• Report inappropriate content immediately

7. Intellectual Property

• Our platform, logo, and original content are owned by CampuxMart
• Student entrepreneurs retain ownership of their products and content
• By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display your content on our platform
• You warrant that you own or have rights to all content you post

8. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the platform is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using CampuxMart, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We're not liable for:
  • Products/services sold by student entrepreneurs
  • Quality, safety, or legality of items listed
  • Technical issues beyond our reasonable control
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Maximum liability limited to fees you've paid us in the past 6 months
• We provide the platform "as is" without warranties

10. Dispute Resolution

• Buyers and sellers should attempt to resolve disputes directly
• CampuxMart may provide mediation assistance but is not obligated to do so
• Disputes may be subject to arbitration as outlined in applicable law

11. Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to review, monitor, and remove any content
• Content moderation may be automated or manual
• We may remove content that violates our family-friendly policy
• Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination

12. Modifications to Terms
